Phantasy Star Portable is an action RPG developed by Sonic Team and Alfa System and published by Sega for the Sony PlayStation Portable. It is based upon Phantasy Star Universe, with the addition of two new characters and a story mode. Due to the smaller screen of the PSP, the graphics may be less detailed than those of the PC and console game.
A sequel was released the following year, Phantasy Star Portable 2.
