Nintendo Spaceworld 2001 (任天堂スペースワールド 2001) was Nintendo's final annual conference demonstrating Nintendo products. It was also the only Spaceworld event that Sega attended, having become a third-party publisher for Nintendo systems earlier in the year.
The event is best known among Nintendo fans for the reveal of Super Mario Sunshine and the controversial cel-shaded The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, for the yet to be released Nintendo GameCube. The Game Boy Advance had also not been released by this point, so much of the event was used to demonstrate these two machines and their launch titles.
