"Surf Trip The Board Game"...
You all know newspapers.com (a.k.a. "greedy basterds") ... I saved news clippings as "press releases" before (OCR text)... but in this case the text gets really messy with all those news in that page and it's easy to get lost... if someone happens to find a copy of that page the better...--Asagoth (talk) 17:15, 12 September 2020 (EDT)

- Wait... the guy is alive? Is there any record of that? Something that could prove it? --Asagoth (talk) 20:40, 20 March 2021 (EDT)
- Not directly, but I did take some photographs of the autographed copy I got. I’ll have to either dig around for them or possibly upload them here, but he autographed both the front and the manual, with his name in multiple spots and with a short message to a fan named Adam. More importantly was my conversation with the game shop owner who I purchased it from. I knew when I first saw it I wanted to know where he got it. With Vegas being an ideal retirement destination to some folks, former devs included, there’s a lot of development material that gets floated around. Protos every now and then but especially ephemera from game development, and ESPECIALLY marketing. Vegas is where a lot of game-cover original art ends up for whatever reason too, but getting back on track. He states both Greendog and Adam are both Vegas natives, something heard from Adam when he sold it to said shop owner.
- Oh and I bought it CIB for $20. Even for the VG+ condition it was in, I was honestly bummed that the autographs ended up adding like $5 to the price, if even that :( This was maybe 2-3 years ago but still. Greendog gets no love.
