Jin-ichiro Okuda (奥田 仁一郎) was a programmer at Sega from 1996 to 2008. He served as the section manager for Hitmaker's programmers.[2] After leaving Sega, he has been a studio manager/VFX artist at HexaDrive, and technical director at Cygames.[1]

He is known for his talent at spotting even the most minor of glitches and mistakes, leading to the name Okuda Eye (奥田EYE).[3]
