Imagineering, Inc. was an American video game developer and affiliate of closely-related publisher Absolute Entertainment.[1]

Founded on February 26, 1986, Imagineering was largely comprised of former Activision staff, and primarily developed games for its affiliated publisher Absolute Entertainment.[1] Various notable developers were employed at Imagineering, like David Crane, Alex Demeo, and Dan and Garry Kitchen.
On July 1, 1992, Imagineering was formally merged into Absolute Entertainment.[1]
