Kazuhiro Fumoto (麓 一博) is a technical artist at Sega. He has been with the company since the late 90's, having dealt in video production for the Sega Dreamcast's launch, including making the console's startup video.[2] Fumoto is a committee member of the Computer Entertainment Developers Conference and the operator of the Sega Tech Blog website.[4]
