Masayuki Sumi (須見 昌之) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He joined in 1993, and was assigned to the Sega AM2 department, where he soon became the main programmer of the Virtua Cop series, subsequently becoming one of the chief programmers and technical director at AM2.
