Yoshiyuki Tomatsu is a 3D character modeling artist at Sega of Japan who moved from Sega WOW to Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 3 where he started working on many Phantasy Star franchise. He became a freelancer in 2018 and ended up working on games like Teppen[1], but rejoined Sega in 2021[2].
