Misaka "MisaQa"[3] Kitamura (北村 操佳) is a former artist at Sega of Japan who later on provided technical support. Her first game was Panzer Dragoon[4], but patents imply that she and Hiroshi Okamoto worked on a different, possibly cancelled game in 1994[5].
