Ryuji Ochi (越智 龍二) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. The first game he worked on was Thunder Blade[1]. His earliest known work as lead programmer is Title Fight. He later worked for Sammy and eventually Sega Sammy Holdings. As of August 2021 he has returned to Sega.
