Ninja Gaiden (忍者外伝) is a 1988 arcade game developed by Tecmo. It was ported to the Sega Game Gear by JSH and published by Sega. Another version of Ninja Gaiden was released for the Master System, which was developed from scratch rather than from the original arcade game.
