The Dualist by Slick Sticks, also sold by Daou Infosys as the FantaStick and Stealth, is a third-party arcade stick peripheral for the Sega Mega Drive. It is a three button stick with turbo features.
The Super Nintendo equivalent is called the Trailblazer.
