This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Novastorm is an on-the-rails shoot-'em-up game released for a number of platforms including the Sega Mega-CD. It is very similar to Space Harrier in design, but is extremely reliant on full motion video and pre-rendered imagery.

During development it was known as Scavenger IV.
