Donald no Magical World (ドナルドのマジカルワールド) is a Sega Game Gear platform game. It features Ronald McDonald, mascot of the McDonald's fast-food chain. The game was only released in Japan, though curiously if the player inserts the cart into a western Game Gear, it will be translated into English, revealing a unused title in the process - Ronald in the Magical World. This suggests an international release was planned, though cancelled for unknown reasons.
A Sega Master System GG2SMS hack was released in April 2017.
The game has many similarities to the Sega Mega Drive game, McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure, though the gameplay, story and level design are slightly different. Some of the music is shared between the two, however.

Story
A strange incident happens one day when Grimace finds a box and brings it to his friends, having no idea what to do with it. Birdie points out that the box says "DO NOT OPEN!", though Hamburglar ignores the warning and opens it anyway, revealing a magical map. Suddenly a wizard, known as Mr. Joke, emerges from the map and invites everyone to an adventure in his Magical World, proceeding to suck all of Ronald McDonald's friends into the map.
Seeing his friends trapped inside the map, Ronald notices that Mr. Joke has dropped his magical stick in the process. With the stick, Ronald enters the Magical World and embarks on an adventure to rescue his friends from Mr. Joke.
