UFO Catcher Excellent (UFOキャッチャーエクセレント) is a crane game released by Sega in 1994.
UFO Catcher Excellent is a "fifth generation" UFO Catcher, building on ideas seen in 1991's New UFO Catcher. Aside from the expected cosmetic and design improvements, Excellent models introduce cranes with personality - two sets of six red/green lights and a seven segment vacuum fluorescent display give each crane a "face", which changes depending on the state of the game. This is also accompanied with sound effects.
Sega Logistics Service announced it would end service on the machines on March 31, 2017.[2][3]
