Masamitsu Shiino (椎野 真光) joined Sega in 1997. As a planner and director specializing in the net, he was assigned to the PC business division and handled several titles such as Sega Worldwide Soccer PC. After transferring to the family use department, he was in charge of building servers for home games, among other things, and was also in charge of planning for titles such as The Typing of the Dead. He also served as producer for J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou! Mobile.
