Mitsuhiro Shimano (島野 光弘) is a former Sega of Japan director and producer. After early work directing the Japanese consumer side's contribution to Infinite Space and assisting its production responsibilities on Bayonetta, he became a regular producer of the Yakuza games. In 2024 he and several other former Sega personnel joined Sugorocks, founded by Yasuhiro Nishiyama.[1]
