Medieval II: Total War is a strategy game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega for Windows PC. It is part of the Total War series and is a sequel to the non-Sega published Medieval: Total War. The game is set in the middle ages between 1080 and 1530, and covers the regions of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, as well as the Americas later in the game.

An expansion pack, Medieval II: Total War Kingdoms, was released in August 2007. It features four new campaigns.
