Kazuhiko "NAV." Nagai (長井 和彦) is a former Sega sound designer best known for composing the music for Sega System 32 title Rad Mobile. He joined Sega in 1986, and is also notable for designing the first in-house version of the Mega Drive's sound driver.
In recent years Nagai has worked on the Oshare Majo series with former Sega sound designer and wife Chikako Kamatani, and also contributed a song to a movie scored by Masamichi Amano.
