Real Bout Garou Densetsu (リアルバウト餓狼伝説) is the sequel to Garou Densetsu 3: Road to the Final Victory. It was ported to the Sega Saturn in 1996 and released exclusively in Japan. Had it been brought to the west, it would have likely been renamed Real Bout Fatal Fury like its other siblings.

The Saturn version was only released as a bundle containing a 1MB RAM cart (which is required to run the game).
