Kenichi Yokoo (横尾 健一) is a Japanese programmer who previousoly worked at Sega of Japan. They seem to have left Sega shortly after the release of Virtua Cop 2 for Sega Dreamcast, having programmed the DC version of Comic Party a year later with AquaPlus.

A person by the name of Kenichi Yokoo has worked with tuning/testing company Sarugakucho since at least 2002's Way of the Samurai and since been involved with several Sonic and Yakuza games, but it is unknown if this is the same person.
