NiGHTS into Dreams is a VHS cassette released in Japan to promote the Sega Saturn game, NiGHTS into Dreams. It is volume 6 in the Sega Official Video Library series of VHS tapes.

The video is a fairly predictable walkthrough and explanation of the game interspersed with some CGI cutscenes. The commentary and captions are in Japanese.
