Clockwork Knight: Pepperouchau no Fukubukuro (クロックワークナイト 〜ペパルーチョの福袋〜, Clockwork Knight: Pepperouchau's Grab Bag) is a Sega Saturn game which brings together Clockwork Knight and Clockwork Knight 2 onto one disc. The game comes with a free set of Clockwork Knight round style Calendars for the year 1996. This special edition game was on sale for a limited time as stated on the box art for the game (限定発売/Gentei hatsubai).
Presumably, this limited period was the Christmas 1995/New 1996 period due to it's Mid-December 1995 release date, the 1996 Calendars included and the name "Fukubukuro", itself is a reference to a New Year sales custom in Japan of the same name with large discounts for bundled items[3], which matches up with the reduced price of this release over buying each game individually.

Versions
The games are virtually the same, bar presumed bug fixes and the original Clockwork Knight running on the second games engine. And movie codec was changed from cinepak to Truemotion.
One thing to note, which is an unexplained curiosity is that the "A Lullaby" ending video and even credits screens for both games are missing in Fukubukuro, showing the "She can't wake up" video straight away instead of credits after beating "Joukan" and after beating "Gekan", you are simply returned to the main title screen after being shown the ending video and the screen showing how many cards you collected during your play.
The US release of Clockwork Knight 2 is built off of this version of the game. Some gamemode and tricks has also been found to work in it.
