Takayuki Kawagoe

Takayuki Kawagoe was the Assistant President of Smilebit from 2000-2003. After the President of Smilebit, Shun Arai left, he became the President of Smilebit. The following year he founded New Entertainment R&D Dept. #3. (also known as Sports Design R&D Dept. and New Smilebit.)
