Tadashi Kagawa (香川 忠司) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. The first game he worked on was OutRun[1], and he worked on several other games as an assistant programmer to Akira Ohe. He then became a lead programmer at Sega AM3 with Wally wo Sagase!, Dragon Ball Z V.R.V.S. and Le Mans 24. After these he worked on programs for the horse racing franchise Derby Owners Club, followed by StarHorse.
