Akihito Wada (和田 明士) is a Japanese video game programmer. He joined the video game industry in 1990 when he began working for Sega of Japan. Some of his earliest known works are with programmer Yuichiro Mine. He and many of his friends then established Land Ho!, where he continued to work as a programmer for about 15 years, before his role shifted to becoming more of a manager for the company[4].
