The Explorer SG by Logic 3 is a third-party six-button controller for the Sega Mega Drive, complete with added turbo features. Unlike simpler models such as the Action Pad SG, the Explorer SG has a more complex array of turbo options and a design more suited to the Mega Drive six button controller standard.
