Hiroyuki Abe (阿部 浩之) is a 3D character designer at Sega of Japan. Since 2018 he has been a design manager at the company.[1]
Abe's work with Sega dates back to 1998's Sonic Adventure. He seems to have briefly worked at Prope before joining Sega in 2008.
