Outa Sano (佐野 桜太) is a senior programmer at Sega originally involved with ports of racing titles. Sano worked as a senior programmer on the Jet Set Radio series and as a minor programmer on Panzer Dragoon Orta. He moved to the United States to work on Shadow the Hedgehog and NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, before return to Japan and continuing to work on Sonic-related titles, eventually providing technical for other games developed by Sonic Team.
