Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper (ストリートファイター ZERO3アッパー) is a revision of Street Fighter Zero 3 for Sega NAOMI GD-ROM. It is based on the Sega Dreamcast port of the game rather than the original arcade game (which was developed for Capcom's CPS-2 arcade board).

This version incorporates many features from the home ports, including the new characters (Evil Ryu, Shin Gouki, Dee Jay, Fei Long, T. Hawk, and Guile, plus M. Bison, Juli, and Juni are now immediately selectable and have their full stories and endings) and the "Mode" fighting styles (Normal, Mazi, Saikyou, and Classic). It also includes some balance changes, including fixing the "crouch canceling" glitch that could lead to infinite combos in V-ism. Upper also allows players to upload customized characters from the Dreamcast version's World Tour mode by inserting a VMU into a memory card slot on the cabinet.
