Tomoyasu Nakai (中井 友泰) is a background artist at Sega of Japan. His work on the Yakuza franchise is diverse, beginning as an object artist for Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!. Since then he has created indoor stages for Yakuza 3, sewers and rooftops for Yakuza 4, boss stages for Yakuza: Dead Souls, Nagoya stage in Yakuza 5, Mibu Dera in Ryu ga Gotoku: Ishin! and Kamurocho in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life[1].
