Cosmic Spacehead is a platform game by Codemasters. It was released among other consoles for the Sega Mega Drive, Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear.

Cosmic Spacehead is an update to the earlier Codemasters-published game, Linus Spacehead's Cosmic Crusade (also a working title for this game), which in turn is a sequel to the earlier game, Linus Spacehead.
