UFO Catcher 800 (UFOキャッチャー800) is a crane game initially released by Sega in early 1998.
UFO Catcher 800 was the first UFO Catcher to be built by Sega to deal specifically with larger prizes, although aside from a bigger crane, the system itself is largely identical to UFO Catcher 21. It only supports one player, however, most likely due to the required extra space. Though designed for bigger prizes than standard UFO Catchers, it can still pick up "regular sized" items.
UFO Catcher 7 Max Edition could be considered the successor to UFO Catcher 800. Sega Logistics Service announced it would end service on UFO Catcher 800 machines on March 31, 2017.[2][3]
