MP3 DC is a boot CD for the Sega Dreamcast by Pelican Accessories which allows the console to play audio CDs filled with MP3 files.
While playlists can be created they cannot be saved. A few select mp3's may be ignored by the software, which was common with stereo's that could play mp3 CD's at the time. The software also reads the ID3 tag so it will display artist and track info. Tracks cannot be played in random order, making playlist use a necessity.
