Joe Montana NFL Football was a planned IBM PC game set to be published by Spectrum Holobyte under license by Sega. It was announced at Summer CES 1994[1], but was never shown and was cancelled for unknown reasons.

Aside from the game featuring a full NFL license with all of its 28 teams, little is known about this project. Given the time difference (meaning an outdated player roster) it was unlikely to be a port of the similarly named Joe Montana's NFL Football for the Sega Mega-CD. It was also likely to be unrelated to the earlier IBM PC release of Joe Montana Football.
