Yoshiaki Kashima (香嶋 良昭), born 25 January (year unknown) in Kōchi, Japan, is a former sound programmer for many Sega games. He coded the sound driver for the Mega Drive games Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic & Knuckles, and Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island, basing it off Hiroshi Kubota's Sonic the Hedgehog 2 driver. He left the company sometime around 1999-2000, and later found work with Sexy Death Entertainment, Banpresto, and Sound AMS.

He is better known by his alias, Milpo (みるぽ).
