Alone in the Dark 2 (アローン・イン・ザ・ダーク2) is the direct sequel to Alone in the Dark and second entry in the series, developed by Infogrames for DOS, FM Towns and PC-9801 computers and the 3DO.
Enhanced versions for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation, also known in certain regions as Alone in the Dark: Jack is Back and Alone in the Dark: One-Eyed Jack's Revenge, were released in 1996. During development of these aforementioned console versions, they were known as Alone in the Dark: Hell's Kitchen[6].
