The Super Turbo Fight II is a third-party arcade stick for the Sega Mega Drive by Nasa. It is similar to the official Arcade Power Stick, though has fewer turbo options.

Super Turbo Fight IIs are reasonably common in South America and parts of mainland Asia. It is not believed there was ever a "Super Turbo Fight 1" - the name likely stems from the popularity of Street Fighter II.
