The November 1994 issue of Sega Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.

This entry marks the start of a branding change for Sega Video Magazine, as the Sega Saturn moves to be the dominant Sega platform of the region. From this point onwards all the intros and outros borrow pre-rendered footage from the AS-1 ride, Megalopolis: Tokyo City Battle (which was recycled in a great deal of Saturn promotional material in the mid-90s).
