Eiji Hamatsu (濱津 英二) is a background artist at Sega of Japan. He joined Sega in 2004 and his first project was Yakuza[1]. He worked on backgrounds for the series for 10 afterwards until finally becoming the background production lead with 2016's Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.
