Yasuyuki Komiya (小宮 康幸) is a development environment manager associated with Sega. He was at one point listed as the section manager for IT Support II Section, within the Development Support Dept. of Sega's R&D Solutions HQ[1], followed the III Section of the same department[2]. By 2020 he was part of the User Support Sect. of the Platform Dept. withing Sega Sammy Holdings' IT Solutions HQ[3].
During his time in the Development Support Dept., Komiya managed the construction of data storage servers, one per game, such as Phantasy Star Online 2 (the first Sega game to use Cisco UCS[3]) and Yakuza 0 (the first Sega game to use NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP)[2].
