Takeshi Ando (安藤 毅) is a senior engineer[2] at Sega of Japan. He joined in 1997 where he began working on arcade games, mainly involved with their performance aspects[1]. Following his work on Blood Will Tell: Tezuka Osamu's Dororo, where he programmed the character system, he became involved with football games[1]. This includes the Let's Make Soccer/Saka Tsuku series and Virtua Pro Football, for which he created the AI[1].

His favourite football teams are the Kashima Antlers Kashima Antlers and Barcelona Barcelona[1].
