21 Pin RGB Cable (21ピンRGBケーブル) for the Sega Saturn is the official method of connecting a Saturn to a television via the Japanese RGB standard (or JP-21; and not SCART, which uses the same connector). It was only released in Japan and a SCART version for Europe was never released separately.
