Aspect (アスペクト) is a software house based out of Tokyo responsible for developing several Sega Game Gear and Master System games, including Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic Chaos, Sonic Triple Trouble, Sonic Blast and Tails Adventures. Company president Kazuyuki Oikawa (及川和行) and founding member Hiroyuki Saigusa previously worked for Kaneko. Notable non-Sonic games produced include the Game Gear/Master System versions of Batman Returns, Fatal Fury Special and Legend of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse.
