The Internet Starter Kit (インターネットスターターキット) was a package released for the Sega Dreamcast in Japan. Aimed at "urban housewives" it provides a means for people to get online through the console, with a Dreamcast Keyboard, a Dreamcast Mouse, some guide books and a copy of Dream Passport 3: Urban Style.
