Shinya Matsunami (松波 進也) is a technical lead[1] at Sega of Japan. He joined Sega in 1997, working on Sonic Adventure and ChuChu Rocket, before committing to the Phantasy Star series. As technical lead, he manages the series' programmer/engineer
