Takayuki Kawagoe

Takayuki Kawagoe was the Assistant President of Smilebit from 2000-2003. After the President of Smilebit, Shun Arai left in 2004, he became the President of Smilebit. The following year he re-branded Smilebit as Sega's Sports Design R&D Dept. (New Entertainment R&D Dept. #3).
