The Fighting Stick Multi is a third-party arcade stick manufactured by Hori. It is compatible with the Sega Mega Drive, but as the "multi" suggests, also other consoles, including the Super Nintendo and TurboGrafx-16.
The Fighting Stick Multi is a six button stick with some turbo options. Each console needs its own set of leads in order to use the device. The Fighting Stick Multi is known to have been released in Japan and the United States, but it is currently unknown if it was distributed in other countries too.
