Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes (マーヴル vs. カプコン クラッシュ オブ スーパーヒーローズ) is a 2D fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It is the third fighting crossover in the "vs." series, following X-Men vs. Street Fighter and Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter. As the name suggests, Marvel vs. Capcom pulls Capcom characters from other non-Street Fighter franchises, and has them do battle with characters seen in Marvel Super Heroes. Marvel vs. Capcom was released for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999.
The game was followed by Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes.
