Naoya Tsurumi is a chief executive of Sega. Much like other employees at Sega at the time, he was one of the Japanese that was sent to western regions. He joined the company in 1992, and joined Sega Europe the next year. He also spent five years at Sega of America from 2005 to 2010. In 2010 he returned back to Japan after almost 20 years, and became a chief exective for the overall Sega Sammy Holdings outfit.
